During this time, he has been involved in the marketing and sale of many significant Sydney properties. His personal sales success includes records in a number of Sydney markets, including record residential prices in Paddington, Kirribilli, Neutral Bay and McMahons Point as well as record penthouse prices in Elizabeth Bay and Potts Point.
Martin has successfully negotiated the sale and purchase of Sydney properties for a number of high-profile local and International clients. Commercial clients have included Bank of New York, CBA, The Royal Bank of Scotland and The British Government (Sydney Consulate Residence) Martin’s commercial sales of architecturally significant properties include "Bligh House" 31 Bligh Street, Sydney which was sold to the Lowy Institute and Lot 3, Pier 8/9 Walsh Bay sold on behalf of Multiplex.
